REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if we have already initiated the process of delivering the service, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

Certain services, such as customized AI solutions or ongoing projects, may not be cancellable once initiated.

You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are unable to provide the service as agreed upon. The timelines for such refunds will be according to the specific service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable).

In cases where services have been partially delivered or initiated, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

In case you feel that the service received is not as expected or has been delivered with errors, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the service. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your request and reason for the refund. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
